Grain Craft Announces Leadership Team Promotions

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. September 24, 2025 — Grain Craft, the largest independent miller in the nation, recently announced the promotion of Rob Noland to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) along with the promotion of Andrew Ebersole to Chief Financial Officer (CFO.)

Rob Noland has been a long-time member of the Grain Craft leadership team, serving as CFO for more than 14 years. Prior to joining Grain Craft, Noland held an extensive range of financial service roles within the food and beverage industry.

“Rob has been an invaluable member of the Leadership Team, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic thinking,” said Pete Frederick, Grain Craft President & CEO.  “His contributions in the areas of financial management, risk management, capital structure and investment, and leading various M&A transactions have been instrumental to Grain Craft’s success.”

In his new role as COO, Noland will be responsible for the internal business strategies and operations, identifying areas for process enhancement, and oversight for capital deployment and growth projects across our wheat and corn milling businesses.  He will remain based in Chattanooga, TN.

Andrew Ebersole has most recently served as Grain Craft’s Corporate Controller and Treasurer.  Throughout his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening Grain Craft’s financial operations, accounting functions, risk management, and supported the company’s strategic growth through various Grain Craft initiatives and M&A transactions.

He will oversee all Finance, Accounting, and Information Systems functions. Ebersole will also remain based in Chattanooga, TN.
