CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – July 1, 2025 – Grain Craft, the largest independent wheat flour miller in the nation, announced today the successful closing of its acquisition of the North American dry corn milling assets from Bunge. The intention to acquire the assets was originally disclosed in April of this year.
The acquisition involves the addition of approximately 600 team members and six milling facilities. This includes three dry corn milling facilities in Crete, NE; Atchison, KS; and Danville, IL. It also includes three dry masa facilities in Muleshoe, TX; Red Oak, IA; and Worthington, IN; along with a transload and packaging facility in Querétaro, Mexico and a distribution warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
